16-SEP-21: Per UIL, a swimmer must swim with the sex on their birth certificate. So the female swimmer must swim with the girls. If they are transitioning, and need a suit modification, they must request that through UIL. Same as a boy identifying as a female. They must swim with the males. If after they transition, and a judge issues them a new birth certificate, then they would swim with the sex on the new birth certificate. |
